In the beginning, it was very hard for me to sit and meditate until I discovered Kundalini Yoga Meditation. I instantly fell in love because it incorporates your mental, physical, and spiritual mind. I offer my clients Kundalini Yoga meditation to help them ease into meditation, I also taught some of the Kyrias (complete sets) in some of my workshops. The biggest thing I loved about this modality is the fact that Kundalini Yoga Meditation is religion free and its main intention is to connect to your inner wisdom also known as God.  The more I committed to this practice the bigger the gain I received, I am more at calm, Spirit speaks to me loud and clear and sometimes I get a really good workout.

It has been laid on my heart to start leading group Kundalini Yoga Meditation classes, I wanted to have a better understanding, training, and practice before sharing this sacred practice with others. Spirit told me it was time so I wanted to whip up this blog to invite you and to share the background of Kundalini Yoga Meditation.

Yogi Bhajan is the pioneer of Kundalini Yoga meditation, he learned this practice from India and brought these teachings to Las Angeles. He then hosted many lectures and Spiritual Teachings to help his students to attain the bliss of God through movement, diet, and more. He began a huge following and this following was teaching his principles and practice up till this very day.

“Kundalini Yoga is not a religion. When we apply the technology of Kundalini Yoga to our bodies and minds, it has the effect of uplifting the spirit. It is for everyone. It is universal and nondenominational.” 3HO

Kundalini Yoga meditation is a practice of awareness when you apply Mudras, mantras, and certain body movement, this activates an inner energy called the Kundalini. This energy is located at the base of your spine and once you awaken it you experience full awareness of your reality and bliss. In my opinion, Kundalini yoga meditation is also a healing modality, I have witnessed other students have a beautiful release trapped emotions and having clear knowing and inner connection with God.

This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. 3HO

I am offering Kundalini Yoga meditation classes once a week on Sundays at 3 pm. The class will be for an hour and will cost $11 or Euros. Each week we will focus on a different intention unless Spirit deems otherwise. If you are seeking for something different to start feeling better, becoming more comfortable with yourself, and more I highly encourage you to attend. Depending on the turn out I would like to initiate a commitment to students to deepen their journey.
